Your satisfactions is our priority. If you have any trouble please contact us first. We will try to help you as much we can do in the product key activation progress, but please be aware all sales are final and no refund will be issued.
If you contact us and the product key has not been sent then we are able to process and refund. Otherwise, there are no exception.
If for some reason the key did not work after it’s activated and buyer did not do any illegal activity, we will send the replacement key.
Any dispute and chargeback that we feel contains elements of fraud or without contact us first to discuss the problem, we may process it legally.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to know the system and compatibility requirements of the product prior to purchasing.
